Loleit · Conversation Intelligence Platform

Real-time deal-risk detection and revenue forecasting, built into every customer call.

Loleit records, transcribes, and scores every sales conversation as it happens — flagging at-risk deals, surfacing coaching moments, and forecasting pipeline with 138% net revenue retention to prove it. Customers close 31% more pipeline per quarter and cut new-rep ramp from 9 months to 6 weeks.

Five things Loleit does that your call recorder does not

A full conversation-to-revenue stack — not a transcript graveyard.

Most platforms stop at transcription. Loleit ships the layers RevOps actually evaluates — capture, transcribe, score, forecast, coach — each anchored to a shipped mechanism your sales engineers can demo this week.

  1. 01

Capture every call, on every dialer, without a bot in the room.

Native, silent dual-channel recording across Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Aircall, Outreach, Salesloft, RingCentral, and 38 more. No whisper, no "this call may be recorded" prompts that spook buyers. Audio + screen share + metadata land in the Loleit vault inside 9 seconds of hang-up.

  2. 02

Transcribe in 14 languages with speaker attribution that holds up in court.

Streaming ASR tuned on 14.8M minutes of sales conversations — not generic telephony audio. Word-level timestamps, 96.4% word accuracy on enterprise benchmarks, and a redaction engine that scrubs PII before the transcript leaves your VPC.

  3. 03

Score every turn with GPT-class deal-risk detection — shipped February 2023.

Loleit was the first vendor to ship deal-risk detection; competitors took 11 months to match. The model flags churn language, pricing objections, champion exits, and competitive mentions in real time and writes the risk back to the CRM record — no rep busywork required.

  4. 04

Forecast pipeline from conversation signal — not rep optimism.

The only conversation intelligence platform with built-in revenue forecasting. Weighted pipeline updates every 30 seconds using call outcomes, multi-thread engagement, and stage velocity. CROs at Calendly and Ramp run their QBR straight from Loleit forecast views.

Capability 05 — coaching workflows — lives on the full product page: scorecards, rep libraries, and manager review queues included on every plan.

// procurement & security

Questions your security team will ask.

Five things a procurement evaluator or infosec reviewer raises before a demo is scheduled. Direct answers, no legalese.

  1. 01 Where is our conversation data stored, and can we pin it to a specific region?

Yes. Loleit runs inside your choice of AWS region — us-east-1, us-west-2, eu-west-1 (Frankfurt), eu-central-1 (Zurich), ap-southeast-1 (Singapore), and ap-northeast-1 (Tokyo). Enterprise-tier customers are deployed inside an isolated VPC with customer-managed KMS keys. Audio is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3.

  2. 02 What compliance certifications are current, and can you share the audit reports?

SOC 2 Type II (annual, current report covers Oct 2024 – Sep 2025), HIPAA, and GDPR. ISO 27001 is in observation period and targeted for Q3 2025. Audit reports are released under NDA via the trust portal; request access and most teams are provisioned same-day. We also publish a public trust.loleit.com status page with uptime and subprocessor changes.

  3. 03 How is the contract structured — can we start with a one-year term and avoid multi-year lock-in?

Standard term is one year, paid annually, with a 30-day termination-for-convenience clause after the first 90 days. Average contract value across our 1,913 customers is $38,400 ACV. Multi-year discounts exist but are not required to start. Pricing scales by seat count of recorded reps, not by total employees or volume of minutes — so finance teams can model total cost precisely before signing.

  4. 04 What does implementation look like, and when does our first insight land in production?

Typical implementation is 14–18 business days for teams under 200 reps; 4–6 weeks for F500 deployments with SSO and a private VPC. The CRM connector (Salesforce, HubSpot) and calendar/UC connector (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams) are configured in week one. The first deal-risk signal and the first coaching insight land in week two — measured, not aspirational. Ramp-time reduction from 9 months to 6 weeks is observed across the median customer, per the Bridge Group benchmark we co-built.
